Clear Usucha
- Sift 2-3g (1.5-2 tsp) of matcha into a bowl
- Add 60ml of hot water (60-80°C)
- Whisk in wave motion (M or W) for 20 seconds until frothy
- Add 6 - 8g (1-1.5 tsp) of agave syrup (optional)
- Enjoy straight from the bowl or over ice!
Classic Latte
- Sift 4-5g (3 tsp) of matcha into a bowl
- Add 50ml of hot water (60-80°C) — use less for a stronger taste
- Whisk in wave motion (M or W) for 20 seconds
- Add 6-8g (1-1.5 tsp) of agave syrup and whisk a few more seconds
- Prepare 100 ml of milk - warm or cold with ice.
- Pour matcha over milk, and enjoy!
