Shipping Policy

We currently ship across the UK, France, the Netherlands, Germany, and the Czech Republic — with more European destinations coming soon!

  • UK orders: Free shipping on orders over £40. A flat £3.95 for Royal Mail 48, £5.50 for Royal Mail 24  fee applies to orders under £40.

  • EU orders: Free shipping on orders over £90. Shipping fees vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days, and you’ll receive tracking details once your matcha is on the way.

Standard UK delivery takes 2–3 working days once dispatched. EU delivery times may vary depending on your location. We ship to EU via local post (Royal Mail).

Please note: For EU customers, customs duties or VAT may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on matcha or other food-related items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately via email at hello@romimatcha.com within 14 days of receiving your product. Please include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, along with your order number, and we will resolve the issue promptly. Learn more on the FAQ Page

Please note that customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure the safe return of items. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Additional restocking fees may be applied depending on the products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re really sorry for the inconvenience. Please email us at hello@romimatcha.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number within 14 days. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible and work to resolve the issue.
