Sifting is a small yet crucial step to a smooth, clump-free matcha. Our fine mesh Matcha Sieve helps break up fine matcha tea powder, allowing it to whisk effortlessly into a creamy, lump-free drink.Whether you are making a traditional usucha or a matcha latte, sifting first improves texture and gives you that creamy, silky finish every time. No more lumps, just pure matcha perfection. A must-have matcha accessories for any matcha lover's ritual!

How to use: Simply place your matcha sieve over your bowl, add 1-2 teaspoons of matcha powder, and gently press through with a spoon. Whisk as usual for perfectly smooth matcha.

Clear Usucha

  • Sift 2-3g (1.5-2 tsp) of matcha into a bowl
  • Add 60ml of hot water (60-80°C)
  • Whisk in wave motion (M or W) for 20 seconds until frothy
  • Add 6 - 8g (1-1.5 tsp) of agave syrup (optional)
  • Enjoy straight from the bowl or over ice!

Classic Latte

  • Sift 4-5g (3 tsp) of matcha into a bowl
  • Add 50ml of hot water (60-80°C) — use less for a stronger taste
  • Whisk in wave motion (M or W) for 20 seconds
  • Add 6-8g (1-1.5 tsp) of agave syrup and whisk a few more seconds
  • Prepare 100 ml of milk - warm or cold with ice.
  • Pour matcha over milk, and enjoy!
