Ingredients

Matcha Coconut Cream (the cloud)

  • 50 ml coconut milk
  • 3 g ceremonial matcha

Base

  • 100 ml coconut water
  • Ice cubes

How to Make

  1. Blend the matcha cloud: Add 50 ml coconut milk and 3 g matcha. Then use a handheld milk frother to blend until smooth, thick, and airy. The texture should feel creamy and lightly foamy — almost like a soft matcha mousse.
