Matcha Coconut Cloud
A light, blended matcha drink with a soft, foamy finish.
This is matcha at its dreamiest. Light, airy, and gently energising — not heavy like a latte, not sharp like straight matcha. Just a soft green cloud floating over cool coconut water.
It’s the kind of drink you make when you want a little reset moment: calm focus, hydration, and that creamy matcha texture that feels almost like a dessert foam.
Ingredients
Matcha Coconut Cream (the cloud)
- 50 ml coconut milk
- 3 g ceremonial matcha
Base
- 100 ml coconut water
- Ice cubes
How to Make
- Blend the matcha cloud: Add 50 ml coconut milk and 3 g matcha. Then use a handheld milk frother to blend until smooth, thick, and airy. The texture should feel creamy and lightly foamy — almost like a soft matcha mousse.
- Build the base: Fill a glass with ice and pour in 100 ml coconut water. This keeps the drink light and refreshing.
- Float the cloud: Gently pour the blended matcha coconut cream over the top. It should sit like a soft green cloud.
- Sip or swirl: Drink layered for a refreshing coconut start and creamy matcha finish, or stir for a smooth, lightly frothy matcha drink.
Why This One Feels So Good
- Coconut water keeps it hydrating and clean
- Coconut milk + matcha blended creates a soft, café-style foam
- Lighter than a latte, but still creamy
- A calm, steady wave of energy — without feeling heavy
Tip: For an extra pretty finish, dust a tiny pinch of matcha over the top right before serving.
